Hi guys just wanted to put this out there.....Skype in conjunction with an Australian company have just released some new video recording software that is FREE, yes it is FREE...
Check out www.Vodburner.com - there are a bunch of tutorials there as well, I just recorded a quick chat with a colleague so I could test it out and it is very simple to use.
I think it will be of most benefit to me when I want to record training calls with my students and send them a copy so they can review the class it means they don't have to sit there and take lots of notes but they can listen and take it in, and I can send them the recording after.
The editing software lets you add audio, pictures, cut out content that is of no use and so on.
If you are running team meetings this will also be a handy piece of software to record those for others to listen to if they can't make a live conference call.
There is also an upgrade which costs $10USD per month or you can buy a lifetime licence for $99USD.
