Just wanted to added this quickly. If you have been told to Clear your Cache or get rid of your Cookies and you don't know what the hell people are talking about, then quickly, in a nut shell, let me explain.
You need to delete temporary information that your computer has stored based on your web browsing activity.
So if you Ctrl - Shift - Del at the same time, a window will pop up - called 'Delete Web Page History'.
Next, select only Temporary Internet Files - deselect all others, then hit the delete key. This will clear extra disk space and potentially eradicate some problems if you are experiencing them.
